We announce the passing of Anne Friesen (nee Wiebe) on March 5, 2022. Anne was born at home in the R.M. of Grey on April 2, 1933 to Dave and Helena Wiebe. She was the fourth of eight children.
Anne is survived by her husband of 70 years, Clifford Friesen, daughter Candace (Todd), grandson, Mitchell (Megan), son Wendell (BeaAnn), granddaughter Cayley (Tyson), daughter Jennifer (Bill), granddaughter Lacey (Ryan), grandson Peydon and 8 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters, two brothers and granddaughter Jessica.
The Friesen family would like thank the Carman Hospital and Boyne Lodge staff for their excellent care of Anne and also to Mark and Craig for the thoughtful care provided by Doyle's Funeral Home.
A private service of remembrance is scheduled to take place at Doyle's Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Youth for Christ (The Back Door, Carman).
