Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Driedger

Elizabeth (Betty) Driedger was born to Bill and Elizabeth Peters (nee Martens) on April 30, 1940.
After attending school in Winkler, she worked at Macloed's (Winkler) and D.W. Friesen (Altona), and later provided childcare to two very special young girls.
She married Cornelius Driedger on August 23, 1962 and was a very dedicated wife.
She was a friend to many people. Betty especially loved children and taught Sunday School for about 20 years.
She passed peacefully in the early hours of April 15, 2026, after a short and acute illness.
Surviving her is her husband, Cornie, of 63 years, 3 sister-in-laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
