Catherine Elizabeth Charboneau-Touche, 51 of Devils Lake ND passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024 at her home.
The Wake for Cathy will be on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Fort Totten Wellness Center beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The procession to Fort Totten will leave at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday from City Plaza, Devils Lake. Funeral Services for Cathy will be on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fort Totten Wellness Center with Pastor Paul Young officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
