Elisabeth "Betty" Penner (nee Penner), age 83 years of Winkler, MB, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Portage and District General Hospital.
She is survived by her children Darrell (Marge) Penner, and Dexter (Louise) Penner, as well as 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Alvin Penner in 2010.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Winkler EMM Church. A private burial will take place prior to the service at the Winkler Cemetery.
