August 7, 1948 - October 1, 2025
George Elias passed into the waiting arms of His Lord & Savior, with his loving wife, Kathy at his side, holding his hand, at Boundary Trails Hospital, October 1, 2025.
George worked as a Salesman most of his life, with Janzen Pontiac & Midtown Chev Olds and was in the fuel business at Shell & ended his working life managing the bulk fuel for Winkler Co-op.
George & Kathy spent their 30 years of marriage on their acreage West of Morden where they enjoyed looking after their beautiful yard. Due to health concerns in the spring of 2025 they moved into Morden, where they gained many new friends & special neighbours.
George spent as much time as he could golfing especially with Kathy. This was a favourite pastime for them. But when George came to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ later in life that became a main focus There was no turning back after this decision. George wanted everyone to know his loving Lord.
George was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Robin Leigh who blessed him further with 3 Grandchildren, Elijah, Naomi (Aiden), Hannah (Matt) together with his Great Grandchildren, Evelyn, Jack & Malachi. These were his earthly treasures.
George was predeceased by his parents, Henry P & Helena Elias, sister Shirley in infancy, brother Pete (Julia) & sister Rena & brother-in-law, Jay.
