Harry was predeceased by his parents Fritz and Hulda Ammeter, brothers Paul and Raymond and brother’s in-law Howard Nichols, Jim and Ken Rodgers.
Harry is survived by Beverley, his wife of 53 years and children Joseph, Janet and Allan, brother Leander (Elaine), sister’s in-law Jean Ammeter, Eileen Nichols, Fran and Lois Rodgers and brother in-law John Rodgers as well as numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, from 7-8 p.m. at Doyle’s Funeral Home, 10 4th Ave SE, Carman. A service will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 43 River Ave, Starbuck. Interment will immediately follow at the Starbuck Cemetery. All are welcome to a reception at the Starbuck Community Hall, 25 Main St., Starbuck.
Special thanks are extended to the nurses and doctors of Boundary Trails Health Centre and Carman Memorial Hospital as well as the home care workers who provided care to Harry.
