Hella Ruth Runne
January 21, 1940 – November 24, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Hella Runne. Hella passed away peacefully at home on the morning of November 24, at the age of 84. She was born in Bad Pyrmont, Germany to Friedrich and Irmgard Stuckenbrock nee Tegtmeyer.
Hella immigrated to Canada with her family in July of 1977. She farmed with her husband and sons.
Hella was predeceased by her husband, Bill of 60 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, sons, James Armin (Jade), Frank Axel (Kim). Grandchildren, Julianne (Joey) Poncsak, Laura (Spencer Serviss), Kurt and Thor.
A celebration of life will held on December 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Carman United Church. Memorial donations may be made to the Carman Area Foundation, Box 160, Carman, MB, R0G 0J0 or to the Carman United Church, Box 1177, Carman, MB, R0G 0J0.
