Jesse J. Yerka, age 38 of Grafton, ND passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at the Unity Medical Center of Grafton, ND.
Jesse J. Yerka was born September 15, 1985 in Northwood, ND. He was raised in Forest River and graduated from Midway High School. Following his education he started working for Johnstown Bean Company where he worked until his death.
Jesse enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Jodi McCarthy, Grafton, ND; sister, Katie (Duane) Anderson, Gilby, ND; brother Michael Denault, Minto, ND; his daughter, Serenity Larson, Inkster, ND. He was preceded in death by his step-father Calvin McCarthy, his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Forest River Community Church. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Forest River, ND.
