It is with great sadness that we announce that Katherine Enns passed away at BTHC on Sunday Oct 6 2024.
Katherine was born May 12 1977, in Chihuahua Mexico, to parents Jacob and Maria Wall.
The family moved to Canada when Katherine was a year old, and settled in the village of Gnadenthal, MB.
In her younger years, she enjoyed baseball, track and field, poetry, and hanging out with her friends.
She married her High School sweetheart after 6 years of dating, on Sept 4 1999, and just celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary.
After the birth of their first child, Logan, they decided Katherine would stay home to be a full-time mom. 2 years later they welcome their second child Claudia.
Katherine was very involved in her children’s lives and never missed a concert, game, event, or recital. She was a great mom and wife, who loved her family with all her heart.
In June of 2020, she received her Cancer Diagnosis, which rocked our world. After receiving this news, her mission became making memories and living life to the fullest for the remaining time she had left. Which she did.
She is pre-deceased by her father Jacob, and infant brother Issac.
She is survived by her husband Jason, son Logan, daughter Claudia, mother Maria, sisters Helen, Aganetha, and Mary. As well as brothers Pete and John.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thanks to the great staff at BTHC, and Cancer Care for their fantastic support through this long difficult journey.
