Visitation for Kelly will be on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at St. Michael's Catholic Church from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The procession to St. Michael will leave on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. from City Plaza, Devils Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
