Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be held at 12:00PM on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the Swan Lake United Church Cemetery with reception to follow at the Somerset Food Bar. Donations may be made in Ken's memory to the Pembina Valley Humane Society.
Kenneth Raymond Mason
September 14, 1939 – May 5, 2023
On the evening of Friday May 5, 2023, Kenneth Raymond formerly of Swan Lake, MB, passed away peacefully at Tabor Home in Morden, MB.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Vina Mason and his brother, Lloyd. He is survived by his sister, Shirley Hayton of Surrey, BC; sister-in-law, Shirley Mason of Winnipeg, MB and several nieces and nephews.
To his family, he was known as Raymond and “Uncle Raymond” but during his 40+ working career with Pepsi Canada in Winnipeg and others, he was known as Ken or Kenneth.
A graveside service at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the Swan Lake United Church Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at his favorite place to meet a friend or a family member for a coffee or a meal at the Somerset Food Bar. Please join the family on Friday to celebrate his life.
We want to express our gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Tabor Home, Boundary Trails Health Centre and Swan Lake Hospital during his stays and the Somerset Food Bar for hosting his luncheon.
