On October 11, 2022, Katherine Ruth Harms passed from this earthly tabernacle into her eternal home in heaven. While saddened by Ruth’s sudden departure, her family rejoices in the truth that because of her personal confession of faith in the atoning work of Jesus Christ on Calvary’s cross “… though she were dead, yet shall she live….” Ruth lives now where she can behold and worship her risen Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ face-to-face. Praise the Lord!
Born October 13, 1950 in Carman Manitoba to Peter and Tina Isaak; wife, companion, and partner wed for life October 08, 1971 to Harold Harms; mom to Renee, Philip (Dorothea); sister to Peter (Irene), and Edward (Fely); daughter and sister to the Harms family; aunt to nieces and nephews; cousin and niece to many; Ruth loved her family.
A funeral is planned for October 17, 2:00 pm at Roseisle EMC, with a private family interment of Ruth’s earthly body at the Roseisle Cemetery prior to the service. Donations may be made in memory of Ruth Harms to Youth for Christ Carman.
