With heavy hearts we share that Theresa Sharon Petkau (nee Wiebe) age 56 of Morden, MB passed away on June 8, 2024.
Theresa was born in Winkler, Manitoba to parents Leonard and Dorothy Wiebe of Myrtle Manitoba, joining 2 sisters Leloni and Julie. She attended school in Roland and then graduated from Carman Collegiate. Later she received a Bachelor Degree, Religion and Art History from the University of Manitoba.
Theresa married Howard Petkau February 2009. Howard and Theresa had many happy years together. They enjoyed traveling, fishing, gardening, working around their yard and their many pets. Theresa enjoyed the outdoors and was a great animal lover.
Theresa was predeceased by her father, Leonard Wiebe, father in law and mother in law Abe and Elsie Petkau.
She is survived by her loving husband Howard, brother in law Art Petkau, sister in law Delores Christoff (Garry), brother in law Walter Petkau, brother in law Ed Petkau (Tammy), brother in law Gord Petkau, her mother Dorothy Wiebe, sisters Leloni Scott (Jim), Julie Hesketh (Ian) and many nieces and nephews.
