It is with the heaviest of hearts and deepest sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Trevor Graham, who left us too soon on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Carman Memorial Hospital in Carman, Manitoba. He was just 24 years old.
Trevor was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on March 9, 2001. He spent his early years there before his family made the move to Carman 14 years ago. It was in Carman where Trevor truly blossomed, building a wide circle of friends who knew him best by his cherished nickname, "T-Dog."
Trevor was a beloved son, grandson, brother, and friend, He was known for his infectious smile, kind heart, great sense of humor, and he made a lasting impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Trevor worked at True North for 6 years and loved what he did. Trevor loved going fishing with his dad, playing video games, or spending time with his close group of friends from work every Friday,
His memory will be forever cherished by his loving family. He is survived by his loving mother, Katherine Wolfe, and his father, Patrick Wolfe who always had his back. He also leaves behind his sister, Amber Graham, and his brother, Matthew Graham, and his brother and partner in crime Dorian Wolfe.
