Valerie Jacqueline (Jackie) Ammeter passed peacefully on Sunday the 21st of October 2023 after a 15 year battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
She is survived by her husband Bruno Siegfried Ammeter, Children David Joseph Creighton, wife Laurie, (grandchildren Evan and Cameron), Steven Derek Creighton, wife Linda, Michael Dean Creighton, wife Carrie, (grandchildren Ashley and Aaron- wife Annica Great-Grandchild Neylie), Michelle Jacqueline Ammeter, husband Kevin (grandchild child Wilfred Siegfried Ammeter Hussey).
Jackie was very active in her community and was a contributor to the Starbuck Trinity Lutheran Church as well as the town luncheon club, curling and a plethora of other activities. She sang in the church choir, enjoyed gardening and made her family crazy with her “clean streak”.... (that’s code for mom taking out the white glove)
She will forever be missed, revered, remembered and loved.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Starbuck, MB.
