Alexander Reimer
1969 - 2021
On Thursday, December 9, 2021, Alex Reimer passed away at the Health Science Centre in Winnipeg, MB.
Alex was born in Russia, on June 5, 1969, to Heinrich and Elisabeth Reimer. He was the youngest of four. He had two sisters, Galya and Tina and a brother, Andreas.
He is survived by his wife, Natalie, his four sons and their families, Dennis and Sam, Kevin and Tina, Marcel and Mckayla and Lorne and Susie, his mother, one sister and one brother. He was predeceased by his father in 1992, his daughter, Tina in 1995 and his sister, Galya in 2019.
In 1999, Alex and his family moved to Canada. Alex worked hard to provide for everyone in this new country and got to know many new people. His favourite past times were listening to music, connecting with friends, and vacationing with his loved ones. Fishing, camping and trips to Grand Rapids were especially fond memories for Alex and his boys. In the past years, his health started to decline. We are saddened that we lost a son, brother, husband, father, an opa and a friend so soon. He will be missed by many and will be remembered forever.
