Funeral service will be held for fully vaccinated attendes only at 11:00AM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Winkler with interment to follow at Westridge Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be from 1PM-9PM on Wednesday at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler and for attendees at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to Katie Cares.
We, the family of Ann Rietze aged 82 of Winkler, MB formerly of Morden, are deeply saddened to announce her passing Saturday January 29, 2022 at the Boundary Health Trails Centre.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her son, Byron of Morden, his children, Stacey and her daughters, Autumn and Meadow, Courtney and Conway and their son, Daxton, Kayla, Alyssa and Alex; her daughter, Paula and her husband, Alvin of Winkler, their children, Tamera and Mark and their children, Kaden, Leah and Emma, Tyler and Adi, Thomas, Tara and James, two sisters, Betty Reimer of Okotoks AB and Mary and Lawrence Heinrichs of Winnipeg, two brothers, Cornie and Ingrid of Oshawa ON and Doug and Marilynne of Steinbach, one sister-in-law, Dorothy Rietze, brother-in-law, Howard and Betty-Ann Rietze and many, many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Ann was predeceased by her husband, Laverne Rietze in 2010, her parents, Cornelius and Maria Enns and one granddaughter, Hope in 1995.
