Brenda, the love of my life, who could make anyone smile as soon as she entered a room, suddenly passed away of a massive heart attack at the St. Boniface Hospital on Saturday, October 2, 2021.
She is predeceased by her parent's Walter and Jean as well as brother Larry. Left to mourn her loss is her husband of 30 years, Leo. Siblings: Carol (Don) Brechin and family Denise (Greg), Victoria, Samantha, Pam (Dave) and Carter and Cole; Robert (Barb) Gould family Michael (Stephanie), Kaeley (Dave). Along with extended family, friends, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brenda was born July 20th, 1955, in Carman, MB to Walter and Jean Gould. She lived on the family farm till they moved to Carman at age 10. Brenda was involved with 4-H for many years and worked at the Boyne Lodge while in school. After high school she moved to Winnipeg and met Leo while working at Consumers. They were married on October 12, 1990.
Brenda loved to travel and her family and friends were a large part of her life. She met many wonderful people while living in Sooke, BC for 7 years and moved back to Manitoba a few years ago to be closer to her family.
The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.
A celebration of life was held at Glenlawn Funeral Home on Saturday, October 9th at 10:00 a.m. with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Carman.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
