Cherryl F. Pahl, 77 of Jamestown formerly of the Oberon area of North Dakota passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at CHI, St. Alexius Health, Devils Lake Hospital with loved ones at her bedside.
Cherryl Faythe Narveson was born on December 26, 1944 at New Rockford ND, the daughter of Edmurl and Bethel (Larson) Narveson. She grew up on the family farm at Oberon and attended Oberon Public School.
Cherryl made her home in the Lake Region area for many years, working various jobs to support her family as a single Mom raising 4 children. For the past 25 years, Cherryl has called Jamestown ND home. She worked as a custodian at Jamestown High School until retiring.
She was a great Doug Kershaw fan and actually was able to attend one of his concerts. She had other favorite artists including Elvis, Louie Armstrong and Sam Elliott the actor. Cherryl’s greatest treasures were her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family brought her so much joy. She had quite a sense of humor and that makes for many happy memories for her family to cherish always.
Cherryl’s loving family include her children Julian Pahl, MarrLa (Bernie) Kraft, Rashel Gable and Ladona Brown; grandchildren Richard Kraft, Theresa Kraft, Carissa Kraft (Seth), Tanisha Prosje (Zach) and Bryannah Gabel; great grandchildren Willow, Bruce and Clark; brother Noel Narveson; sisters Hollys (Richard) Peterson, Laureen (Merlin) Foard; several nieces, nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Penny Pahl and grandson Chandler Kraft.
Graveside Services will be held at the Carrington Cemetery at a later date.
