Private funeral service will be held with interment at Westridge Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from 1PM-8PM on Monday at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.

Connie Denise Fehr went to be with Jesus in Heaven at the age of 47 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre on Thursday November 11, 2021.
Connie leaves to mourn her mother, Margaret Loewen, brother, John (Helen) Loewen, sister, Maryann (Herman) Neufeld, seven nieces and nephews, Denay (Tim), Kyle (Robyn), Dylan (Krista), Tanya, Ryan, Mark, Brett, one great niece and four great nephews.
Connie was born in Morden, Manitoba on October 13, 1974 to Margaret Loewen. She was the youngest of three children. As a young child, she was the quiet one; her siblings would call her name just to see her waiting for them to find her. She adored her siblings and joining them in their activities. Connie started to play the organ at a young age and as time went on, she discovered her love for drawing and painting. Connie had a love for animals and would care for the stray cats, kittens and squirrels around her home. Connie was a hairdresser for many years which she really enjoyed, her clients were very important to her and she would often share funny stories with them to make them smile and laugh. Some clients she purposely took longer with because she enjoyed being with them. She loved hair, trying new styles and advancing her education. She liked to talk and had concern for others, she was always full of compliments and care for others, pouring out encouragement and compassion for all. At the beginning of this year, Connie’s health started to decline as her liver and kidneys failed. This past year and a half have been hard on everyone and it really hurt Connie to lose her beloved hairdressing business and be isolated from people.
Connie, we will miss you, and we have confidence that we will see you again soon. You get to check out heaven first, help Jesus paint the skies, see the top of the mountains, check out all the waterfalls and dig your feet into the sandy beaches. We would like to thank the HSC and BTHC staff for the excellent care that was given to Connie.
