A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 at the Ramsey County Event Center, rural Devils Lake at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Jim Paulson officiating. Burial will be in the Devils Lake Cemetery.
Debra “Debbie” Patricia White was born on April 18, 1961 to Darral and Ruth (Bishop) White. She grew up in Maddock ND and received her GED. She married Robert “Bob” Voeller on October 3rd, 1980 in Towner ND. The couple lived in Rugby and later moved to Devils Lake in 1990. Debbie had four children, Michelle, Kristy, Jessica and Jason. Later, she met her partner and best friend, Dean Kraft, after she moved to Wahpeton in 2002.
Debbie worked various jobs over the years including a cook, clerk, stock person, blackjack dealer and working with sugar beets. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, traveling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting blankets for her children, grandchildren, and other loved ones in her life.
Debbie is survived by her children, Michelle (Shawn) Hill, Kristy (Eric) Thompson, and Jason (Ariel Paulson) Voeller, all of Devils Lake, her partner and best friend, Dean Kraft of Wahpeton, three grandchildren, Arianna and Nate Hill and Kiara Thompson, sisters Elaine (Bruce) Mickelson of Yuma, AZ, Sharlene (Gary) Hoffart, Hankinson, ND, Delores Schill of Lakeview, MN, and Dorothy White of Jamestown, ND, five nieces, one nephew, one great niece and three great nephews

Debbie was preceded in death by her daughter Jessica Rae Voeller and her parents Darral and Ruth.
