On Monday August 1, 2022 Donald Edward Wood at the age of 69, passed suddenly at his home.
Don is survived by his beloved wife Lynne (nee Frenz); his four children Michelle (Serge) and their children Brenden, Noah, Kayden, Kyrah; Donnie (Elora) and their children Annibelle, Kaydee, Paisley, Donavan; Chris (Netta) and their children Aiden, Logan, Nathan; Jackie and her children Joshua and Julian. Along with his brother Carl Wood of Morden, and three sisters Connie Wood of Altona, Diane Friesen of Brandon, and Violet Wood of Morden and numerous nieces and nephews.
Don was a hardworking man whose favourite pastime was spending time with his children and grandchildren, hunting and acquiring numerous vehicles. He will be greatly missed by his family and all that knew him.
Don was predeceased by his father Clare Wood; mother Mabel Wood; beloved friend Frank Baker; sister Christine Wood; brother Wayne Wood.
