1955 ~ 2021
Pete Dyck, 65 of Winkler, MB passed away with his wife, Brenda by his side on Tuesday June 8, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, of 44 years, Brenda, two sons, Ray and Wendi, Russ and Tammy and his daughter, Val, five grandchildren, Kara, Riley, Jace, Levi and Arlin. He will also be missed by his foster son, Richard and Leanne Dyck and foster daughters, Margaret Harder and Tena and Willie Harder. He also had a special place in his heart for Jessica, Hannah and Katelyn, his foster granddaughters. Pete is also survived by his only sister, Betty. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Mary Dyck.
Peter was born September 15, 1955 and grew up south of Morden, MB. His passions in life were family, grandchildren, foster children, motorcycles, fishing, hunting and the family farm. He loved to sit around the campfire with his camp friends. His joking personality and sense of humour were contagious! He lived a full and happy life in faith loving the Lord. He helped many and will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
The family would like to thank Dr. Brian Duff whom Peter loved and considered a friend. Thank you to Rev. Art and Kathy Wiebe, the staff at Wiebe Funeral Home and to many many friends and family who have been so supportive through Pete’s illness and passing. Thank you, Pete for being a great husband, dad and friend. Till we meet again.
