Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at the Victory Family Church, Altona with interment at the Altona Cemetery. Public viewing will be from 1PM-8PM on Tuesday at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler. Donations in Erna's memory may be made to assist with expenses.

Erna Funk nee Dueck aged 64 years old passed away January 26, 2024 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre.
Erna was born on September 5, 1959, to Abram and Justina Dueck in Colony Sommerfeld, Paraguay and came to Canada at the age of almost 14.
She is survived by her loving husband Abe and daughter, Tracey, her parents Abe and Justina Dueck, and brother Walter and Linda Dueck, sister Martha and Alan Janzen, and brother Bernie and Frieda Dueck and their families. She was predeceased by 2 children in infancy and her parents in-law.
