Private funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday May 28, 2021 at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler. Viewing will be from 1PM-8PM on Thursday at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler. Interment to follow at the Chortitz Old Colony Mennonite Church Cemetery.
Helena Giesbrecht (nee Klassen)

Helena Giesbrecht (Nee Klassen) was born on February 14, 1933 in Mexico. She was married to Cornelius Giesbrecht in Mexico in 1952. They were blessed with 11 children, seven boys and four girls. They made their final home in Winkler in 1984. When Mom’s health declined, she was admitted to Boundary Trails Health Centre where she stayed a whole year. In 2018 she was transferred to Tabor Home where she lived till her passing.
Mom was predeceased by her husband, Cornelius (1997), two sons, a son in law, a granddaughter and numerous siblings. Left to mourn her passing are her living children and some siblings.
