Kenneth Arthur Toews
1951 ~ 2024"It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ken Toews, 72, of Morden,MB, on Monday February 5/2024 at Boundary Trails Health Centre.
He will be remembered by his father Arthur Toews, brother Vern (Wendi), nieces and nephews, Jessika (Travis), Katarina and Kole.
He was predeceased by his mother Hilda Toews ( nee Loeppky) January 9/2024.
Ken was born in Altona, MB, in September 1951. He was able to live in several communities including Altona, Rosenfeld and Morden. After finishing High School in Morden, he attended Red River Community College taking Business Administration and Photography.
He then found work as a travelling photographer, which took him across Canada. In time he ended up being in charge of the companies Canadian head office in Toronto.
Ken then switched gears and found work as a Real estate agent, and then moved into Car salesman.
He then pursued self employment with imports and exports. Ken also took on some NGO work trying to build wells in Bangladesh and a Hospital in South America.
Ken ended up moving back to Morden to help our parents in staying in their home for as long as possible. His passing has impacted our family by showing how much he helped in their day to day lives.
He will be sadly missed by his family.
