Lee-Anne (Lana) Grace Marie Hubbard
1999 ~ 2023
It is with great sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Lee-Anne Grace Marie Hubbard age 23 years on Tuesday March 21 2023 at Boundary Trails Health Centre.
Lee-Anne was born September 2 1999 in Morden MB, the first child to Rebecca Wiebe and Lee Hubbard. As a child Lee-Anne was a happy, bright girl who loved to chatter and sing! She always had great taste in music, quadding, riding horse and playing in the mud was always fun on her grandparents Chortitz farm. When she was 18 months old she became a big sister to Kilah. They were often mistaken for twins and Lee-Anne always took care of and mothered her sissy. We used to joke they were like the 3 musketeers and were quick to look out for each other. As Lee-Anne reached teen years she was very goal driven. Working hard to buy her first car in cash. She enjoyed going to the Bunker where she re dedicated her life to Christ, and raised money for a mission trip with youth to Costa Rica. She was always a smiley face working at Walmart, Charlie B’s, and reception at the chiropractic clinic. Lee-Anne graduated from high school in September 2017. She was looking forward to continuing her schooling to pursue a career in Nursing. In 2019, Lee-Anne and Jason Nepinak became first time parents to little Walker Lewis. Lee-Anne positively glowed in motherhood and loved her new role. Summer of 2020 would see Lee-Anne marry Paul Reddekopp of Winkler. In a beautiful country setting, under a blue ski she was a stunning bride. Together Paul and Lee-Anne were first blessed with a daughter Falynn Marie and later with a boy Creed Jacob. Lee-Anne was so proud of her little brood and enjoyed making so many memories with her babies. Camping, road trips, going to summer fairs, gardening and spending time with extended family. When she started dating Peter Dyck in summer of 2022, her dreams continued to grow. They enjoyed so many special moments and doing life together. They had planned a country life full of critters and a bus full of babies. Words fail to convey how much she will be missed by all who loved and knew her but especially her three young children.
Lee-Anne will missed and remembered by her son, Walker Nepinak, her daughter, Falynn Reddekopp and her youngest son, Creed Reddekopp, her father, Lee Hubbard and by her mother, Rebecca Hubbard (Mark Harkness), her sister, Kilah Hubbard (Ty Turner), nephew, Zayden and niece, Kayzleigh, Grandpa Jake and Helen Wiebe, by Peter Dyck and many aunts, uncles and special cousins, by Jason Nepinak, Paul Reddekopp.
Lee-Anne was predeceased by grandmother, Marge Wiebe and grandmother, Donna Hubbard.
The family would like to thank the first responders and BTHC ER staff. They would like to thank Philip Vallely for his counsel and support, the church ladies serving group, the Reinland Mennonite Church Cemetery, Bloomin Scents and countless others who have reached out to our family with meals, messages, phone calls, visits and prayers.
