Private funeral service will be held with interment at the Reinland Mennonite Church Cemetery, Schanzenfeld. Public viewing will be from 1PM-6:30 PM on Friday at Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler.
Margaret Loewen (nee Klassen)
1962 ~ 2022
Margaret Loewen (nee Klassen); wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg on January 2nd, 2022.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Peter Loewen, and her 5 daughters and their families: Helen (Lloyd Fehr and 2 children), Anna (Ed Voth and 7 children), Sarah (Kyle Moen, 3 children), Margaret (Adolf Loewen and 3 children), Maria (Nic Friesen) and 13 siblings. She was predeceased by both her parents and 1 sibling.
She was an amazing cook and really enjoyed preparing food for her large and constantly growing family (15 grandchildren and 2 on the way!). Margaret was constantly smiling and laughing, her positive energy will be missed by many. After 2 weeks of battling illness in the hospital, Margaret joined her Heavenly Father at 5:35 p.m. on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
