On Thursday, August 26, 2021, Mary Moores passed away at the age of 65.
Mary was born on August 24, 1956 in Fargo ND to Paul and Jean Moores. Mary and family moved to Jamestown in 1959 where she resided until she moved to Devils Lake with her son, Daylon. Mary graduated from Jamestown High School in 1975 and later attended classes at Lake Region State College. Mary was kind, compassionate, a devoted mother and friend to all and she will be deeply missed.
Mary was preceded in death by her father, Paul, mother Jean and Daniel Redmann, friend and father to Daylon. She is survived by her son Daylon and siblings Tom (Diana), Barb, Charlie (Carol) and John (Ginna).
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake.
