Paul was born on October 13, 1968 in Antioch, California and at a young age moved with his family to Devils Lake ND.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Navy, serving in the Gulf War on the Saratoga for 18 months. He worked for many years as an engineer at Boeing. He was Treasurer of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and Junior Vice Commander of the Wentzville VFW Post #5327.
Paul was a man of few words, but everyone listened to what he had to say. He was an old soul, Paul had life figured out and lived it to the fullest. As of April, Paul and Paulette celebrated 30 loving years married to each other. His love for motorcycles was lifelong, something he shared with his father even at a young age. Paul loved his family and especially his children. When anyone was in need Paul was the first person to lend a hand and the first person there to help. He was protective in nature and a well-rounded person overall. He loved to watch St. Louis Blues hockey and tinker in his garage. Paul was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Paul was preceded in death by his father Paul Atherton II, his grandparents Alice and Paul Atherton Sr. and Ella and Leo Palluck.
