Funeral service (for fully vaccinated attendees only) will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday November 25, 2021 at Christian Life Centre. Viewing will be from 1PM-7PM on Wednesday at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden. Interment to follow at the Herald Cemetery. Donations may be made in Robert's memory to STARS Air Ambulance or to the BTHC Foundation, designated to Cancer Care.

On Tuesday November 16, 2021 Robert passed away suddenly on the family farm.
He leaves to mourn his passing the love of his life, Shirl and two children, Tim (Meghan) and grandson, Ashur, Lynette (Josh) and grandchildren, Ethan, Alexis, Ashton and Taylor as well as four siblings; sisters, Norma (Abe), Karen (Clint), brothers, Ken, John (Helen), mother-in-law. Nettie Unrau, brothers-in-law, Gary (Agatha), Harv (Barb), sister-in-law, Brenda (John) and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Robert’s passion in life was farming, family and community. You could always see Robert driving around checking crops and if he saw you on the road along the way, you could bet he would stop for a chat! Robert will surely be missed by all who knew him.
