Ralph was born in Neede, The Netherlands, on September 18, 1939 as the sixth child and fourth son to Bernard and Johanna Christina Vreemann.
Ralph arrived in Canada in 1961 as a student in Agriculture, and in 1964 became a permanent resident.
He lived in Houston, British Columbia, working in the lumber industry before moving to Carman in 1965 to pursue a career in roofing.
When he wasn’t working, Ralph was out enjoying God’s creation with a particular passion for gardening and birds. He loved nature and whenever his relatives came to visit, he would often show them around the countryside. In the winter months, he enjoyed curling and reading lots of books.
When his health started to decline in late 2015, Ralph relocated from his country home to the Boyne Towers.
Ralph was a gifted person, harnessing much knowledge from his extensive reading and able to share what he learned. He was humble and grateful for what God had given him in life. His faith was strong and he served his LORD and Saviour faithfully.
